Eagle Wallpaper App — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Global Vintage Services ("we", "us") handles information in the Eagle Wallpaper App Android app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- ▹No account, no personal details. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, location or photos.
- ▹Device & advertising data: advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS version and app-interaction data, collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
- ▹Diagnostics & usage: anonymous crash reports, performance traces and usage events via Firebase Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring and Analytics.
- ▹Notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, only if you allow notifications, used to deliver new-wallpaper alerts.
- ▹Purchases: if you buy an ad-free/premium option, payment is handled entirely by Google Play Billing; we only receive confirmation of the purchase.
2. How we use information
To display wallpapers, set them as your home/lock screen, show ads, fix crashes, improve performance and send optional notifications. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Permissions
- ▹Set wallpaper: to apply the wallpaper you choose.
- ▹Internet / network state: to download wallpapers and load ads.
- ▹Storage (older Android versions only): to save a wallpaper you download to your device.
- ▹Notifications: optional; you can turn them off in system settings.
4. Third-party services
These services process data under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Billing.
5. Ads & consent
Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), we ask for consent via Google's User Messaging Platform before showing personalised ads. You can reset or opt out of ad personalisation at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data retention & deletion
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data held by Google/Firebase is retained per their policies. To request deletion of data associated with your device, email info@globalvintageservices.com with the app name; uninstalling the app stops all further collection.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the latest version is always available at this page.
